Unlike other job posting software, idibu has been designed to plug directly into your website. You manage jobs from inside the control panel, publishing/un-publishing, editing and deleting as you wish.

Easy integration into any site

idibu have made it easy for anyone to embed the system inside their current website. There are a variety of ways meaning that *any* site can become far easier to manage.

While we have great expertise in building websites that integrate with idibu, we can support your own web developer by providing the relevant information and /or tools, such as our custom component and modules that fit into the Joomla content management system.

Independent titles and descriptions

Sometimes the job titles and descriptions you send out to the job boards isn't necessarily the same as those you'd like displayed on your site. You can specify different titles and descriptions for the website if you prefer.

WYSIWYG editors and spell-checkers

As you add content to your site you'll have full WYSIWG editors meaning you can format your job vacancy content as you like, with an integrated spell-checker.

RSS Feeds

From Wikipedia, RSS is a family of web feed formats used to publish frequently updated digital content, such as blogs, news feeds or podcasts.

idibu allows you to create RSS feeds of the jobs inside your database. You can set-up latest job feeds or 'featured' job feeds.

By getting partners and related business to display your RSS feeds, you're creating additional traffic to your website. Allowing your candidates to browse your jobs on their desktops (by using a RSS feed reader) they're always kept up to date with your latest vacancies.

Reporting

Job Expiry Notifications - find out when your jobs are going to expire and re-post with ease.

View information on jobs that have been posted, whether there were any problems and valuable feedback messages from the boards.

Full Applicant Tracking is available using the iTrack System .

All tickets are responded as quickly as possible, and requests to add new job boards are completed within 10-15 working days.

Existing job boards can be tweaked according to client preferences.

Pricing Information

idibu starts at just £59.00 per month plus UK VAT charged at 17.5%. There are discounts for quarterly or annual payments.

You can take the service without a contract to tie you into the service.

Additional services such as web integration are quoted separately or are handled by our partner network.

Non-standard web integration tools such as the Joomla component hold a one-off purchase charge for the software.
