idibu posts to over 500 job boards - and we're constantly extending our network. If you don't see the boards you require we will endeavor to add them as quickly as possible - aiming to add a board within 10-15 working days. Existing job boards can be tweaked according to client preferences.

iTrack - applicant tracking and reporting

idibu has a full Applicant Tracking system called iTrack. Its fully compatible with CV parsing providers like Daxtra.

iTrack comes with full Management Reporting. Every month a report detailing activity and ROI information for the previous month is emailed out to your management team. You can click here to see an example of the reporting data you will receive.

Unlike other multi-posters idibu has been designed to plug directly into your website. You manage jobs from inside the control panel, publishing/un-publishing, editing and deleting as you wish. 

Easy integration into any site

idibu has made it easy for anyone to embed the system inside their current website. There are a variety of ways meaning that *any* site can become far easier to manage.

Independent titles and descriptions

Sometimes the job titles and descriptions you send out to the job boards isn't necessarily the same as those you'd like displayed on your site. You can specify different titles and descriptions for the website if you prefer.

WYSIWYG editors and spell-checkers 

As you add content to your site you'll have full WYSIWG editors with a spelling check facility meaning you can format your content as you like.

RSS feeds

From Wikipedia, RSS is a family of web feed formats used to publish frequently updated digital content, such as blogs, news feeds or podcasts.

idibu allows you to create RSS feeds from the jobs in your database. You can set up 'latest jobs' feeds or 'featured jobs' feeds. 

By getting partners and related business to display your RSS feeds you're creating additional traffic to your website. Allowing your candidates to browse your jobs on their desktops (by using a RSS feed reader) means they're always kept up to date with your latest vacancies.

idibu starts at just £52 per month. There are discounts for quarterly or annual payments.
